Goshen Property Management is run by a very skilled and attentive individuals. Their goal is to create a comfortable living environment for your tenant in effort to keep long term tenants that will respect your property which in return keeps turnover costs down and keeps your pockets full.
We screen your tenants to maximize your return: We understand the importance of evaluating tenants properly and professionally. Tenants are only placed into your rental after filing an application with fee, credit/eviction/background check, a past Landlord reference check, and personal interaction with a Goshen agent. Our thorough process minimizes turnover and vacancy and maximizes your return on investment. Our leases vary between one and two year and roll over into a month to month agreement at the end of the lease. At the end of a lease we offer small but effective incentives to the tenant to entice them to sign another one to two year lease.
Goshen Maintenance: As a Property Management Company we preform preventative maintenance on your home and we are available 24 hours a day for tenant emergencies. Our goal is to tend to any maintenance request within 24 to 48 hours. We have highly skilled maintenance staff who fix the problem the right way while being cost effective.
