These homes, once acquired and updated, will make great cash-flow opportunities for our customers.  We understand the neighborhoods and we recognize value in our market.  We have acquired more than 350 homes over the past 15 years and have built a network of banks and realtors who know we focus on creating cash-flow opportunities for our investors.  As a result, our volume of acquisition has increased to the point that we are now one of the premier wholesalers of residential real estate in the Midwest.

SECOND, WE DO ALL THE UPDATING –

We have now updated close to 450 homes in the Greater Wichita Area.  We have crews who work full-time updating homes.  In addition, we use a trusted network of subcontractors, many of whom have worked with us for more than five years.  We have developed efficiencies of volume and systems for updating that give us the ability to put more value into your investment without overspending.  We handle the process start to finish and keep our investor insulated from the stress of being involved in a remodel project.

THIRD, WE SHOW YOUR HOMES AND SCREEN YOUR TENANTS –

We are investors ourselves with many rentals in the Wichita Area.  We understand the importance of a system for screening tenants in order to find the best fit for your property.  Your tenants will be selected and placed into your rental only after completing an integrated application process that includes an application, application fee, credit check, nationwide eviction check, criminal check, past rental screening, and typically a personal interaction with one of our rental agents.  This thorough process takes more time and money but leaves a lot less to chance regarding your investment.  We are committed to going the extra mile in screening tenants for our investors.
